Commercial Pizza Oven Repair in Memphis

Conveyor and deck pizza ovens, including Middleby Marshall and Lincoln Impinger. When the belt stops or the oven won't heat, call the tech who works on these every week.

Conveyor Pizza Oven Repair

On a conveyor oven, heat and bake time have to work together. When pizzas come out wrong or the belt stops, we check belt speed, the drive motor and speed controller, drive gears, blowers, air-finger placement, burners and ignition, and the safety interlock switches behind the panels. This is part of our commercial oven repair in Memphis.

Problems we fix on conveyor ovens

Middleby Marshall

Belt jam alerts, drive and speed-controller faults, burner and ignition problems on WOW Series and other Middleby Marshall conveyor ovens. See the Middleby Marshall troubleshooting guide for what you can safely check first.

Lincoln Impinger

Ovens that won't heat, cook unevenly side to side, or have a conveyor that won't move. The Lincoln Impinger troubleshooting guide covers the first checks.

Deck pizza ovens

For deck ovens, we track scorched or underbaked spots through the thermostat or temperature probe, burners or elements, door seal, and the condition of the baking deck.

The Rest of the Pizza Kitchen

Makelines & pizza prep tables

When the bottom of the makeline won't hold temp, toppings are at risk. We check the door gaskets, condenser coil, fans, thermostat and refrigeration circuit, the same way we work a reach-in. See commercial refrigeration repair in Memphis.

Heat racks & holding cabinets

Heat racks, holding cabinets and warming tables that won't hold temperature or won't heat at all, so finished orders stay hot until they go out the door.

Franchise oven inspections & PM

Scheduled oven inspections and preventative maintenance for multi-store franchise operators, coordinated through the general contractor or facilities team that dispatches the work.

Before You Call

A few things are safe to check yourself and might get you running again: make sure the oven is plugged in and every panel is closed flush, clear anything visibly stuck in the belt with the oven off, check that the BLOWER and HEAT switches are on, and clean the front fan filters. If you smell gas, shut off the gas supply and get everyone out. When you call, tell us whether a jam alert is showing and whether changing the bake time made any difference; those two details tell the technician a lot before arriving.

Pizza Oven Repair Questions

My conveyor oven belt won't move, but there's no belt jam alert. What's wrong?

That usually points to a broken gear in the belt drive rather than a jam. The belt will move freely by hand, which is different from the machine refusing to run. Don't force anything. Call for service and mention there's no jam alert showing; that detail tells the technician it's likely mechanical before they walk in.

Why are my pizzas coming out under- or over-cooked?

Bake time is set on the oven's control panel, and you can adjust it in about 20% steps as a stopgap. If adjusting it changes the result, the motor's internal Hall effect sensor is often failing, and the motor (usually with the speed controller) will eventually need replacing. If adjusting it does nothing, the drive isn't responding at all. Either way, tell the technician which one you saw.

My conveyor oven won't reach temperature. What should I check?

First make sure both the BLOWER and HEAT switches are on; they are easy to bump. If they are on and it still won't heat, it needs a technician: the cause can be the flame sensor, the ignition module, or the inducer motor and its damper, and those take diagnostic tools to tell apart.
